What will it cost to get your unit into your garden?
Answer 7 quick questions. You'll get a straight breakdown: what we can estimate today from real, sourced pricing, and what still needs a quote because there's no reliable public data for it yet.
What are you moving?
This decides which costs apply.
Where's it going?
Used to show you firms that cover your area. It doesn't change the estimate.
Site access
The biggest factor in whether you need a crane. Measuring the gap now saves an argument on delivery day.
Base preparation
Every unit needs a level, load-bearing base before delivery day.
Delivery distance
Roughly how far from the supplier or yard to your site?
Anything else on site?
These affect your bill but need a site-specific quote, so we don't estimate them.
Your budget (optional)
What you plan to spend on delivery, base and siting (not the unit itself). We'll give you a plain verdict.
Here's what we can tell you
This is not your full cost. It only covers items with real, sourced pricing. Everything marked "get a quote" is left out on purpose: we'd rather show nothing than a made-up number.
| Item | Cost |

Where these numbers come from
We only show a cost when we have a checkable source. Concrete base: €90–150 per m², from published rates on Summerhouse24.ie, indicative only. Crane hire: €350–1,000 per day, from Kerwin Heavy Haulage's published rates, varying with crane size, access and lift time. Everything else (delivery by distance, siting, ground screws, connections, fencing, paths, landscaping) is marked "get a quote" because we don't yet have pricing we'd stand over.
